The step counting is glitchy and seems to get less reliable with each update. Recently, the total steps for one day was less than the step count for one of the challenges that I had completed that day. The app also doesn't work properly if there's no connection to the Internet, so it's useless in blackspots.

Hey Jon, YuLife needs internet to run, but if you do go offline, YuLife can sync with Google Fit when you're next online to pull in all your steps.
We recently had a bug where there was a delay with the home screen displaying steps, this should be sorted now, if it's still happening, please drop us a message through the inapp chat, we'll fix this!

I can't even set up an account! I was excited to try this app, but as soon as I click on it, it takes me to a log in page... but I can't log in because I don't have an account, nor does it seem to give me the option to set one up... I tried clicking on "Need help logging in" but you will only receive an email if you have an existing account, which I do not. I'm not really sure what else to try!

I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to get started with YuLife. As an employee benefit, your employer will need to add your details to YuLife before you can sign up. Drop us a message to support@yulife.com and let us know what company you work for, we can see if you've been added to our system and help you get up and running :)

Recently joined Yulife.Was looking forward setting up after a work colleague told me about it.Gutted with the options of compatibility from smart watches. I have a samsung watch so I've connected through samsung health this only allows steps to be recognised. Other option is to set up google fit but you have to have your phone on you to calculate the steps. Not sure about others but when I'm home I don't carry my phone to every room and when at work we're not to have our phones on us 😔
