I used to love and be the biggest advocate for this app however it no longer tracks steps. I have tried contacting CS to be told it must be my signal (its not), I've tried uninstalling and redownloading but that doesn't make a difference either.

as with what others have said, since the last update the step counter is wildly inaccurate, raised it with them but just told to reinstall the app, also requires an internet connection now before you can start tracking a walk, hangs sometimes while trying to start and causes you to miss a portion of the walk waiting for it, terrible app design.

Worked for a few days then an update installed and now steps aren't being counted at all; not in challenges, not in global step counts. It seems that phone locking is not being handled properly; if I walk around with phone unlocked I get some steps. Tried re-registering health app permissions, reinstalling etc. Just broken, seems like it would take too long to get a reward anyway.
