Ratings and reviews

App does not use refresh token. I get logged out even if I am using services, such as airline ticket buying service. Each time you need to redo your search to get the data. App does not give you tome to think. Furthermore, another useless "safety" feature is to get SMS code when transfering money. Hello!!! I am using mobile app. What is the point of using the SMS code if I am using the same device. Sometime I get submitted the form twice.

suddenly app says that i have remote control software and cant do any transactions. but i have no such apps on my phone. and nothing changed from 2nd of June ни с того ни с сего приложение начало требовать удалить приложение для удаленного доступа, хотя этот приложения нет

It's been more than a year that I am unable to install this app (after it got uninstalled on its own from my device), I keep getting the same error message - can't install bcc.kz, try again. The support team knows about this issue, but does nothing to fix it.
