Update After reinstall it works again

This version includes a revised sign-up flow for new riders and updates to pass purchase workflows for previous riders to accommodate a better payment integration. Users who ride in a system that utilizes pre-authorization payment holds will see updates to the review screen, including the pre-authorization amount, for greater transparency around pass purchases.
