app glitches regularly on android, same exact glitches for several years now regardless of device or mobile provider. unlock option regularly doesn't show up when standing at a station, refreshing the map, phone GPS, airplane mode or restarting the app doesn't work. Can't even use the 'list' option because that closes the app entirely. you're forced to then find the station you're at manually on the cluttered map to check out a bike. app was made on a cheap budget they prolly hired wawas app guy

The app is glitchy. Sometimes impossible to log in. slow to recognize when bikes in the station are available. It is also way too expensive. For example, advertises $15 for unlimited rides in a day, but you'll pay three times that thanks to other fees. Charges higher fees for ebikes when those are basically the only bikes available.

The service is unreliable. Stations with 6 bikes docked will say "No Bikes Available," the app constantly says "Error Try Again" when you try to unlock bikes, the station screen says "Card Read Error" with credit cards that work everywhere else, and electric bikes are often docked with zero battery left. If you buy a year pass, it automatically renews every year; if you cancel it, it cancels your pass on that day with no refund for the remainder of the year that you already paid for.
