By far the absolute worst bike experience I have ever had. The app is profoundly inaccurate when reporting how many docks are left at stations. I had to drive the bike further and further from my intended destination just to find an open dock despite EVERY STATION near my destination showing available docks. This is an unsafe scam with horrible customer service I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The app is convenient if you're just visiting Philly but please be careful of the pass it advertises towards tourists. A day pass costs $15 for unlimited rides under 1 hour, but very sneakily will charge you 20¢/min if you rent an electric bike which will easily add up to AN EXTRA $30 if you aren't careful. Otherwise I did like the amount of bike stations in Center City, but in West Philly the stations get more sparse.

The app is glitchy. Sometimes impossible to log in. slow to recognize when bikes in the station are available. It is also way too expensive. For example, advertises $15 for unlimited rides in a day, but you'll pay three times that thanks to other fees. Charges higher fees for ebikes when those are basically the only bikes available.
