I'm rating 5 for my overall opinion of the Indego bike service in Philadelphia. The docks are conveniently located all over the place, the bikes are usually in good shape, and the customer service is excellent. The app is pretty good, though I prefer using the key fob. I wish there was a refresh button because I often need to close and reopen the app after moving to a new location.

Love that we can finally check out a bike through the app, although with some stations it's really hit or miss (e.g. 12th & Chestnut). Also, for some reason, after viewing trip details, the trip history has scrolled all the way to the oldest and you have to scroll all the way to the top to get to the most recent rides, making reviewing really annoying.

At this point I feel like I'm getting scammed out of extra money. Instead of just fixing the problem my pastor ride the bikes is on hold because I didn't want to pay the big amount of fees for the bike not registering that I returned it and I'm not paying for 9 to 10 hours that I have not been on the bike so I highly suggest you don't use this service they purposely have a setup like this so that they can get extra money out of you.
