José, recuerda usar el código de cliente Backus sin 0 adelante y debes ingresar el RUC o DNI con el que te registraste con nosotros. Visita nuestra página de YouTube donde encontraras tutoriales para el uso del App. Llámanos si necesitas ayuda al 080100300 estamos de lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm y sábados de 9:00am a 5:00pm

VAN TRES VECES QUE NO ME MANDAN MI PEDIDO Y CUANDO INTENTO LLAMARLOS ME DICEN QUE LO VEA POR LA APP, ENTRO A LA APP Y SOLO ME VUELVEN A DECIR COMO VER MI PEDIDO CUANDO YO YA SÉ COMO VERLO. NO ME DAN SOLUCION

Llámanos para realizar aclaraciones al 080100300, estamos de lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 6:30pm y los sábados de 9:00am a 5:00pm
