The BFIC gold network went down for maintenance on the 18th Oct 24 and this app is still saying under maintenance. When will the app be back up and running. Anyone else having this issue? tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the same. emailed them but no response. Definitely looks dodgy. 2nd feb 24 update, what's the point of updating this app, it's still down and emails are unanswered. These guys are definitely dodgy so beware of their other "projects"

I was recommended to download this app & so I did. When logging in by pasting the private key, it will not paste. I have been trying to sort this for last 1 hour, such a waste of my time š I had uninstall & installed again. Extremely disappointed as I cannot paste my key to get further. Kindly, resolve this issue please as a matter of urgency. Thank you

Dear support team, Your application gets logged out automatically on the daily basis in some of the smartphones. Secondly, when I login, the mining season automatically gets started, creating doubts, whether we have pressed it or it's a system failure. Fix this issues as soon as possible. šš
