There is another oddity. When I select an email from the list, the selected email shows up very briefly - less than a second - then another message opens which then must be closed to to go on to select the message originally required. I have a new problem trying to download attachments to emails. I frequently get a Download Failed message. Why does this happen.

The app won't allow me to switch between my two BT email addresses linked to my account. It was fine and then it said "Session Expired" and asked me to "Re-login". You can't do that as it says everything is wrong - password and email address - when it was fine only a few hours earlier. The same happens when logging in on the web. Spent nearly 3 hours on a live chat with BT, to still not have a solution. Was told it'd be rectified in 24 hours. 🤞

it times out, i then put my password in, it asks you to confirm you're not a robot and then it says I have an option to send a pin to either the email address I can't access or my mobile number, but both are greyed out. absolute waste of time. Finally got past the issue above. Now it just asks you to sign in every time I want to view my email, this can be 4 or 5 times a day. despite me clearing the cache and data, the issue remains. find another app.
