I can no longer make mobile deposits!?! Every SINGLE TIME I try to take the VERY FIRST PICTURE in the process.. it snaps it and the. loads.. right back to the login screen. Over and over again, no matter how still I hold the phone, no matter how. contrasting the background is, no matter how strong my Internet connection is.. Why even have that option if you can't configure the app to properly do that consistently?? There's no update available, so just a random glitch that's only gotten worse

Easy way to manage your bank accounts but I'm downgrading this app to two stars. My complaints are the data does not show the credit card transactions from the past month and the login screen forces users to manually enter their credentials which is annoying. Also the credit card data is very slow to update (many days).

I've had SECU for years. I've never had a problem. Great to work with if you need assistance. In my experience they've always been helpful and have provided great customer service. I like they have many locations throughout the state and you can get service from any of them. Good experience with telephone customer service. I do really like you can get ahold of a SECU customer service representati 24 hours a day. I have dealt with multiple banks in the past. SECU surpasses their competitors.
