I rarely leave reviews, but this is always the issue with companies who do updates. They never connect the dots between the updates and the users. The preupdated app we had to just enter our pin to enter the app. Now, we have to enter our username and password. I don't know my username and password because we only had to enter a pin number. Now we have to go through more loops just to use this app again. But you would think someone working for SECU would have thought of this.

I have liked the app previously. It was user friendly, easy to use and had a nice design/color scheme. This update has been very frustrating. I am not entirely sure it was necessary. I am also going to have to get in contact with a representative since the two step verification for my dad's account has an old number (which should have been fixed on our end -- just frustrating that we couldn't at least send an email instead of a text and then updated the number after!). Hopeful for assistance.

not only did secu make the harebrained decision to remove access to everyone's accounts on a weekend when nobody can go to a branch, the new ui is AWFUL. very little contrast, everything is smaller and harder to tap. the old ui was miles better. give us more accessible options, if i wanted a webpage style view i would just log into the website. they also moved the contact us tab deeper into the app, which is such an interesting thing to do. awful choices overall.
