B&B Formwork App is used for the Rental Business operations, as we are providing the construction materials on the rental basis to the customers. In order to track the materials at different site locations and followup the customers for rental payments The app can manage customers’ projects with ease. This app is for our internal employee tracking, so we have not given any public registrations. All login information can be created at admin level and share the credentials to our internal branch employees. The administrative assumes right to inactivate any employee & this can be done from the backend anytime. We are tracking the employees during the working hours between the Punch_in and Punch out time. App user has to enable to device location to this feature. We used geolocation to identify the location of the sites that we wanted to retrieve construction materials from. Our firm having multiple branches in different cities, Our branch employees will manage the operations in different cities. Our branch employee will do operations in the mobile app and Head office will be tracked by the Branch employees. Branch staff performs tasks such as timekeeping, adding company clients, adding locations to the database, following up with customers with past due balances, receiving overdue payments, requesting for materials, making deliveries of materials to locations, geo tagging the locations, making site visits, monitoring the whereabouts of employees among others. Branch employee will travel around the city with the objectives of finding new construction sites along with the demand of construction materials. These Requested materials will be sent to the complaints sites by generating the DC. The time it takes for the activity will be geo tagged so admin / other branch employees will track the sites or reach to the sites for the material verifications. In a matter of time, our branch employee will invoice the customer for the payment afterwards and do site visits. So all these operation we are tracking the geo location. As Head office administrator wishes to monitor the movement of the employees within the office during working hours as regards the period between the Punch In & Out time. We are tracking the branch employees which sites has been visited and tracking the KM travelled on each day based on geo locations. Depending on the distance covered by the employees in a day, there are some amount of incentives that need to be paid on daily basis taking into consideration the distance travelled by the employees. And also as an admin want to view the route taken by the employee. Additionally, Branch employee can track the Material Returns from the site locations based on the return date. If material was not returned from the customer then our branch employee will reach the site location and do followup for the return goods. Apart from this our branch employee will request for the Leave and verify the status of the Leave requests.
