I've been using the app since it came out. decent program. seems to do what it needs to. I don't care about the Maker world projects as much as having control over my printers. One thing I'm not a fan of is too often I get alerts or a notifications about one of my printers having an issue but it will give the serial number of the machine instead of the name I have given it. if someone were to have a very large print farm that could be really annoying.

Horrible Customer Service! Hate this printer! It worked correctly for about a month then nothing but problems. Have to keep buying expensive replacement parts. Trying to get customer service is a pain! They have a complicated article to "troubleshoot" but no actual service or tech help. Super disappointed at how expensive this thing was for $900+ I expected better quality. I seriously have no clue how this company got good reviews. Would not recommend this product!

The app for the most part is great, but the one big downside I don't like is the prints you do on your account don't sync if you open them from the web browser version vs the mobile app version. Because of this you are unable to rate prints you do unless you only do them from your mobile app (and you can't just send it to printer, it has to finish printing).
