Ratings and reviews

It takes ages to upload a video, only for it to fail the upload. I can send the same video 10 times faster (not an exaggeration) through text, discord, Instagram, literally anything else. I usually understand why it fails to upload, but I have no clue why it takes forever. I can send a video to my friends standing in the same spot with worse service. I got over it for over a year, but now I'm struggling to submit videos for points in a competition and I'm very frustrated.

Conceptually a great app. But everytime I use it there is some issue I have. Whether its adding a climb to a list, creating a list, or even not being able to access information for an area even when it's been downloaded. Pretty frustrating considering I have to pay for this app to access my local crag when I can't barely access it in the app.

I have actually never encountered an app this slow. Ever. When you open it, it just sits there, trying to load something (I guess?) for MINUTES. Then it tells me I have a slow internet connection, which is laughable, I'm on megabit fiber. Has to be a problem at their end. Eventually if I come back to it, the home screen has loaded. From there I try to navigate to my gym, and it starts loading again, for a very long time. My gym uses this app, which is weird because it's so unusable.
