doesn't matter how many times I take a picture or how it's done. it was absolutely perfect and it just wouldn't work. I am so done with these horrible apps.

Great app, and even better customer service! I finally decided to do something with the foreign currency I have collected over the years. I searched the App store and read all the great reviews and selected this App. It is amazing! My foreign currency ranges 111 years - and it identified the oldest, newest and all but three in my collection. For those three, it recommended taking a pic and submitting it for assistance. I did so thinking I probably would not hear anything for a while if ever, right? Wrong! I was thrilled when two days later I had an email with all the info, and an offer of additional help. Real people respond with helpful information and offers of additional assistance. In the process I discovered they also have a Stamp identifying App...but that will have to wait...

Was charged 40 when it said the info was for verification & that I would not be charged. That's a low & sneaky movie, if you're going to charge then be up front. I want my money back because of this. I don't even want to try out your app for lying to me in the begining. Not a good way to start your customer report
