Complete waste of money. Won't connect, keeps timing out. Better going for one of the other wireless kits available. Update. the wi-fi box now totally refuses to connect to the router, this means I can no longer control the boiler at home or when I'm out. I sent an email for support a couple of weeks ago but no reply. terrible company. pity I couldn't give it minus 5 stars.

To the people with Androids: If you are experiencing "App not found" when trying to open the app, I would recommend you to open the app directly from your settings. This app is really great most of the time, especially when I can access my thermostat when I am out. However when it disconnects randomly, it gets really frustrating as I would have to turn on the heating directly from the thermostat.

Unfortunately this app is not very stable. When there is a power outage it will not re-connect by itself. Even when trying to set it up again it will not re-connect. Very frustrating. We purchased this wifi box for Au$260. Very disappointed as we were promised the App would be much easier to control the heater. The wall controller is also difficult to program so we seem to loose out on all fronts. At my wits end as we paid so much for something that is not performing as promised.
