Changing my review to 5 stars. I was complaining before that GrapheneOS, security and privacy oriented mobile operating system is deliberately rejected by Bitwala app. How positively surprised I am now. My voice has been heard, the Bitwala team did their great job and now the app works perfectly under GrapheneOS. Kudos Bitwala! Keep up the great work. You got your loyal customer now. š

Alright, I'm customer for about a month now, I'm gonna be the most honest and straight guy with everything about the bank and app. 1. I would like to not have problems with the card, work only with a few shop's and taking cash is forbidden :(.. Also the card, I suggest that the IBAN could be a little bigger on card, it's hard to read.. also the CVC can be in the app.. 2. The app needs more details, like the time when I pay, and the option to accept or refuse a direct debit if I want.

I can no longer access my account. A few weeks ago it was working, but as of yesterday when I login there is a message "Invalid recaptcha token". This has coincided with an email saying "Nuri is closing down due to insolvency". So I cannot access my funds anymore and no way to contact Nuri support? This is terrible! --- Update: I can now access my account.
