🥲 coins off the exchanges, and I'm in the future! I'm new to cold storage, yet very excited. The app is user friendly. Connecting is a bit wonky if you get happy fingers, and tap the "connect" icon on mobile device, and not the wallet "connect" icon ONLY (I think that's what happened). Hopefully more updates to do stuff, like the ability to change home screen on wallet via mobile. Maybe even a gif?And other options to do stuff via mobile, as there are on PC. Nonetheless, great app!

Painful experience when device(s) goes wrong after several years. slow, step by step responses ie wasting too much time. Trezor cant understand simple words, need a video apparently (they tell you this on 3rd correspondence) Such a poor customer experience that I wouldnt recommend them and I am likely to abandon Trezor completely myself.

The device never connects properly. I constantly have to add a new device.It's never normal. I never activate the device, activate the app, and they sync normally. There are always some problems.
