Seems to be problematic on Android (Oppo Find X8 Pro), which probably isn't BlackMagic's fault. White balance is always significantly off, both basic balance and tint, no matter whether I use manual or auto. Frame rates above 60 play back at incorrect rate, but that can be fixed in post. Oh well -- back to iOS. 🙃

Haven't been able to test it properly yet, but looks incredibly powerful for recording video. Allows me to control shutter speeds and ISO when the default Pixel camera app doesn't. It would nice if I could just have the ISO on auto or the shutter speed on auto instead of both at the same time (I really don't see a need for me to go over 1/50 on 25fps video, but I have to readjust exposures depending on what I'm looking at).

Amazing app. Use this when you know how to use a video camera, and don't want google to make the choices for you. Unlocks different frame rates that are unavailable in the google camera app (24, 25, 48, 50 fps). Able to choose exactly which lens to use, and configure which stabilisation mode. The videos from this are amazing. The only thing missing is access to slow motion (which is on the iphone version, but hasn't yet been implemented for Android). Once that's addressed is a full 5 stars.

Hi. We are working very hard on obtaining parity in terms of features with the iOS version. Please keep an eye out for updates that bring these new features.
