只可以用垃圾嚟形容這個app 成日都開唔到，話no internet M&S 作為一間大公司， 連一個app都搞唔掂， 每一次想買嘢個app都開唔到， 你送幾多優惠券或者回贈都冇q用!

"must contain a special character"=必須使用特殊字符，對吧？為何用½之類的不能用？

Hi, thanks for your question! While special characters are required, some symbols like ½ may not be supported by the system. We recommend using more common special characters such as @, #, $, or % instead.
