I have $200+ in my flexible earn account. Before taking a trade at an event, I forgot the balance and placed an order for $300 instead of transferring it to the spot account. The trade was immediately opened with the balance in the flexible earn account. Even after closing it, I lost $8. I also had many problems with trade fees, balance deposits and withdrawals, and risk control. I have never had such a bad experience in the crypto world on any other platform. Everyone, beware of this scam.

Honestly one of the best crypto apps I have used so far. The layout is incredibly clean, making it super easy to navigate and trade even on a small screen. What really sets it apart is the zero-fee events and how quickly they list new tokens before other major exchanges. Deposits and withdrawals are fast and hassle-free. Five stars well deserved!

After my uncredited deposit was credited back, for withdrawal only, days later. Now I'm changing the rating from 1 star back to 3. I was able to get my deposit back after what seems to be an option change in the menu. If you are an unverified user, you can get restricted funds made available by off boarding assets. It's much easier than verification. Thanks, for making an easier option available for retrieving my funds. I'll do a 5 star rating again, If you start accepting Americans.
