I am yet to be verified after submitting my verification details on the app for over 2 weeks. The customer care seems worse. several days of calling, with promises each day my app will be verified. many times they won't take calls nor call back. its like begging them to be their customer, I have never seen anything like this before. they will read your chats and won't reply.. its a terrible experience

This is the most reliable, fast,easy and hundred percent secure cash transfer app i have ever used in my life.

Beyond all the frustration and inconvenience caused by the slovenliness of the customer service, I rate this with three stars just for the few previous successful transactions. it's been over three days now that I tried in vain to transfer some money to one of my mobile wallets. After many hours waiting, I had to cancel the transaction but only yesterday, I got notified that my cancellation request was authorised but up to date the money isn't refunded. The worst, no response to my emails or sms
