I am yet to be verified after submitting my verification details on the app for over 2 weeks. The customer care seems worse. several days of calling, with promises each day my app will be verified. many times they won't take calls nor call back. its like begging them to be their customer, I have never seen anything like this before. they will read your chats and won't reply.. its a terrible experience

There's no record of Multi-purpose Transactions. We lost money on these transactions as the system does not keep transactions records.
