Ratings and reviews

This app worked fine in the beginning. But it stops working, and they use every excuse as to why your transfers don't work anymore other than admitting that their app has issues. Read the other reviews, and you'll see the same issues from many others. There are multiple transaction numbers, your contact number is useless, and I'm already verified, so why would I need the ID help. I haven't been refunded for four transactions,and three are still in progress for more than two days. -⭐️

UX is buggy, adding a new receiver is somehow buggy and won't let me do it, navigation is unpredictable, don't show receiver info in the right places to confirm you're sending where you expected, can't edit receivers to view more info. I try this once a year waiting for a smarter experience and keep walking away mostly disappointed. They should just copy sendwave and improve from there.

Updated review. The money I transfered last night was delayed and they told me that they'll update/email me within 6 hours. It's been more than 6 hours and the transfer status is still "Failed" and no one has updated/contacted me. It could have been a considerable status if the receiver was new and I uploaded a wrong information regarding the recepient, but it was a recepient that I've been sending money ever since I've used this app. Do better WorldRemit!
