Very frustrating. Cannot get it to cast/mirror to ANY of my smart televisions, or xbox. We are a technically savvy household, but we just cannot make it work as the app it's self is the problem. Please make an app for the Xbox, as that would solve many peoples issues. Also could not get any of the videos to download even though that is supposed to be an option. And because it's just an app, you cannot access any of the videos on a lap/desktop which I would have been able to stream from.

Awful app!! The workouts are great when you can eventually get to them but evey month, once my payment has been taken I get a error message when trying to open the app...subscription expired! The only way around it is to cancel subscription, delete app. Then reinstall the app and set up a new subscription! Time consuming and frustrating! I'm sure there have been many emails from other customers about this, so please fix the issue! I love boogie bounce but this app is this app is rubbish!

It's great when it works love the workouts and the whole boogie bounce thing, but every month I have to uninstall, or cancel my subscription and start another one to be able to access any content totally fed up with it. Which every month means I'm missing a few days of the subscription I've paid for, it's not alot of money obvs but it's just frustrating. I've brought it up with support before and it's never been fixed properly. Once again sat here ready to bounce and can't access anything.
