Found gym company easily, could view and book classes on first load.. HOWEVER every time I want to go back on to app and review my class bookings... app gets stuck and I have to switch phone off and back on to get it to move past buffering stage...this puts me off using it. This app should be more efficient than that

The app is good for what it is, but it is slow, and when I go to look up the next bookings it stays stuck on "loading please wait". I have to turn phone off and on again to be able to do anything in the app then. This is daily occurring too.

I was so excited when I found this app but Im very disappointed to say terrible customer service. 4 whole days now my clients cant book in for classes due to an error message. No reply to numerous emails but yet they promise a 48 hour reply window!! 16 days holding time of my money from 1st class to 1st payment crediting my bank account. Afterwards it should be 9 days! This app has the potential to be amazing but sadly lacks the customer service required!
