About this app

BrainTrack is an app that is focused on brain health and healthy ageing. As we understand more about lifestyle factors that impact brain health, we are better able to identify and modify our lifestyle to reduce the risk of cognitive decline in later life.

The app is designed for you to:
Identify your modifiable risk factors
start a conversation with your GP about brain health and risk-reduction strategies
set brain-healthy goals to reduce risk and optimise your brain health
monitor your cognitive performance over time
proactively seek help and support
access reliable information, advice, and strategies.
