This APP is the spear tip of my extensive knowledge regarding fitness and mental wellbeing, refined into a lightweight toolkit of my favourite workouts and diet plans. There are no fancy workout techniques or plans and absolutely no shortcuts.
All the workouts and exercises have been selected based on my thousands of training sessions over the last 15 years from the Army, to Bodybuilding, and ultra endurance events.
My journey to the peak of condition has been arduous. And this is where dedication and commitment have proved invaluable.
