Snapshot works once in a while. Login is slow. I've cleared all data, uninstalled, and reinstalled many times, and snapshot works a few times, but then works about half the time, and eventually not at all. Login is never faster. Everything else works fine, and mobile deposit is good to have.

I really enjoy their app v a few of their past (just couldn't really get the app towork). Anyway, I really enjoy the friendliness of the staff. One thing I hope they would see about adding is the capability of using your phone at an 🏧. Reasons: maybe you've lost your card, forgot your card at home. I've seen this at Midfirst and it's come in handy for my son. Other than that CCFU is FAB!

Thank you for the feedback and suggestion! One of the reasons we switched to this new digital banking platform is to bring more features and card controls to our members. While cordless ATM access isn't on our roadmap just yet, it is something we are evaluating.

ugh, rewrote whole previous review. how did you update permissions to not allow immediate viewing of account balances without even logging in? to do anything else, click on an account, then you sign in but just clicking on the app, first screen is account balances without signing in. who wrote this? who approved this? why? how do I set it back to what it was? I even signed out and that didn't work! very bad. new bank please!

Since we switched to a new platform, Google Play requires Android users to delete the old app. This is not the case for the App Store and iOS. Biometric login is enabled under Settings > Face Unlock / Fingerprint Unlock.
