Edit 01/01/2026: Returned to the app and works much better now. Haven't had any big issues since months. before: can't login to my business anymore since new update. Infinite login loop. Update: the issue has been resolved since the latest update, but the app remains slow and authentication hardly ever works. I've stopped using it on my Samsung A52 and moved to desktop only.

Hi Christiaan. Thank you for your feedback. We have been looking into this issue and we have released a fix that should prevent the app from logging out frequently. Service reps are unskilled and kept behind a chatbot whilst documentation and UI translations are done by AI — which is completely unacceptable for a company that does any financial services. The worst part is that they only attempt to finalise any paperwork and background checks after you've received your first payment, which would make sense if any of it would be within reason but in reality, they take your money hostage.

Push notifications no longer work since the last update. Not even after reinstalling (now reinstalled 3x). All settings (both on phone and in the app) are correct and on. Also there's no update available in Google Playstore. So no version 2.1

What’s new

We've redesigned the app's navigation from the ground up to help you find what you need faster. The new layout is more intuitive, better structured, and more consistent with the Mollie Dashboard. Settings have moved behind the organisation icon in the top left. You'll also notice faster loading times across the app.
