Registered for new account, once approved, tried to log in using my username and password, says wrong details input! Never had such cases before with other brokers. I can do a forgot password but that doesn't tell whether someone already hacked to account. CMC asks to call a certain number, which does not even exist!! I'm totally not comfortable trading on this platform.

Poor margin rates, holding costs are prohibitively high, and when withdrawing a large sum of my portfolio I encountered suspicious failures to send me a confirmation code or SMS. UI is easy to use however, and the array of tools for trading are useful.

Weak in technical support and CMC mobile app has many bugs issues - recently,cannot even display calendar data release - this problem has persisted over 2 weeks and is still unresolved. Disappointing, to say the least.
