Ratings and reviews

The app is not efficient for when you're trying to quickly get in or out of a position. In the settings, there should be a way users can choose to set their default order type to market. If im quickly exiting a position, its set to limit and you have to change it to market. That step can cost money when you're trading minis. Another pain is the fact that so often the token seems to expire way too soon, forcing me to have to reauthenticate both password and text code.

I'm officially done with trade station. I started using it because I heard it was fast execution and it connect to trading view and it had up to 4x leverage. I'm participating in an alert service so as soon as the alert goes out I want to jump in within 30 seconds to a minute. I put in a dollar amount that I want to purchase and I just wanted it to purchase as many shares as it can for that amount. I end up farting around with rejected orders for 10 minutes and then the safest move is over.

App has some issues such as randomly not able to place trades, or setting up a stop only for it to not work during normal trading hours. Customer service will be nice on the phone but never follow up and no fixes for issues. I'm actively looking for another broker. Pro's, TradeStation doesn't charge and fairly fast on orders. But that's only worth so much if your platform is has bugs.
