We have been very successful with the weight loss program. I have lost 35+ lbs since starting in Jan 2019. The single biggest frustration is the APP does not launch properly. A drop down menu asks for feedback (sent multiple times) or close app. I have sent email to support care with no follow up. You cannot have a program that does not allow you to track your inputs, calories, etc. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? Yes, we have reinstalled multiple times.

When trying to connect it tells me that my username or password is not correct it does not have username on the screen it has email and password. Is there a way that you can reset the program so that I can start fresh. Really need to be able to use for tracking.

Keeps saying incorrect email and password, even after changing my password and the email is correct.
