Ratings and reviews

It works fine but don't like how the reward is only valid for 14 days. Would be nice to be able to accumulate or just be able to use without the pressure of having to come in within the 2 weeks. Not always convenient to go or out of town, life gets busy and forget etc. Sometimes we even stock up when we get the chance and freeze them. Can't consume that much bread in 2 weeks. Also would be nice to have promos on random things so we can try them

The app itself is very user friendly. The issue is that the new loyalty points system useless. You need 200 points for your $5. But the $5 offer expires in just 2 weeks! The points should last at least a month if not longer! Like many other users, this is completey useless. I spent a lot of money to get the $5 back, and they just disappeared. The paper loyalty card program was much better.

Only good for points collection! It would be great if you could actually place and pay for an order for pick up through the app. Also you now have to spend more to get less! Way to rip off loyal customers Cobs!!! If you load your points for a voucher make sure you use it within 14 days or it will be gone. Points however do not have an expiry unless you don't use your account within a year - expiry is only once you turn your points into a voucher. Very likely I'll end up deleting the app.
