Used the app and got a "successful" order for pick up. But apparently, it "failed" and the order did not go through. There was no message indicating an issue and had to learn this at the store during pickup. I also have to double check my CC charge to ensure the charge was offset. Unreliable so Uninstalling this less than an hour after installing!

The app confirmed my order, charged me twice, sent me an email saying that it wasn't sure if the store got my order or not. I checked with the store and they could only look by my name, which the app doesn't associate with your order, it just uses an order id number. No one at the store and to know the app at all or how it works. What a useless company.

The app works however the menu isn't always available. There's not a PayPal or a Google pay option in check out. That reason alone is why the app is slept on. Would love to order delivery but those things are what stop it. The food is good though.
