Ratings and reviews

The app is easy to use and the food is good. I just wish there were more options to choose from in regards to the menu selection especially for family meals. If I remember correctly, older app versions had family meal options for each of the main menu items. This version also seems to lack any special deals.

When placing an order, the app will give a very different estimated ready time vs the text message that the store gives. one is 8 minutes from now, the other is 20 minutes. I had a $10 off $30 reward. I had more than $30 of items in my cart. nothing weird. no other rewards used. but app gave an error when trying to apply the reward. the reward was not expired. the menu has so many combos. when the number of items is not that many, just the menu is all the different permutations.

"you have reached the limit of visit credit earned for the period" what the hell does that even mean?! I ordered twice in person because I wanted something to go and it won't let accept the code for the second order. I thought maybe it's just one code a day (which is also stupid bc one person can have multiple receipts), I tried it the next day and it still won't accept it. don't issue reward codes if you're not going to accept it.
