Ratings and reviews

There seems to be a bug with the app where it cannot be used when in airplane mode - even if WiFi is still enabled and connected while in airplane mode. This is very frustrating as our home has poor cell reception and I tend to keep my phone in airplane mode while still connected to WiFi. The other thing that is very annoying is the parent portal. This is something that requires leaving the app and accessing via a web browser, and usually requires another sequence of two-factor authentication

The app is pretty useless. I can't setup focus mode, alarms, or SoS. There should be a + button to add new configuration, but all I get is just a blank screen with the message no focus mode set, etc.. There is no button to put the watch in the focus mode/lock it except for emergency calls. Managing the apps on the watch takes you to the web browser, with poor email code based security. I am planning to return the watch in a few days if they don't improve the app.

The app is clunky, takes you to the website in many instances (which kind of defeats the purpose of using the app), and the location reporting is terrible. I had to refresh repeatedly for nearly an hour to see the location of my child, by which point he had already returned home. Not great for real time tracking.
