Subscription pricing and terms:

Hatch+ offers auto-renewing subscriptions. This will continue to give you unlimited access to content while you maintain an active subscription. Cancel anytime. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Play Store Account. Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your Play Store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Super frustrating experience with this app and the Hatch itself so far. I have constant connectivity issues so I have to reset it all the time and reconnect to wifi. IMO you should be able to use at least the core functionality (including setting routines) without an app or wifi. Also can't adjust the start time of a routine without messing up the end time. I like the minimal look of the Hatch but I don't think the functionality is well thought out.

We love this! We use the different sounds with our children to wake up and sleep. We really like the alarm to let them know when they can wake up and when it's "lights out". The only reason I didn't give a 5-stars is because every once in a while it disconnects from the internet and needs restarted to reconnect, but honestly it did it more in the beginning and hasn't done that in almost 6 months.

EDIT. App is horrible. Been using the hatch for 3 years now and questioning why I continue to deal with such a buggy, inconsistent peace of equipment. Ready to ditch it for good after latest update. It's a sound machine/night light! You'd think it would be as simple as that but somehow they've made a simple object just as hard to deal with as putting my toddler to bed. The giant boxes for choosing your sound are bulky. Go back to little circles for easy use.
