Subscription pricing and terms:

Hatch+ offers auto-renewing subscriptions. This will continue to give you unlimited access to content while you maintain an active subscription. Cancel anytime. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Play Store Account. Your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card connected to your Play Store Account will be charged at the subscription frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may manage your subscription, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

The device worked great for 8 months, but now the sleep sounds don't stay on. I've attempted to reset the device, and nothing has changed. I have repeatedly been told to switch on the setting that says "Until I Tap" but that is the only setting I've ever used. After a couple minutes of sleep sounds My Restore switches off. I ended up setting the device to play for 8 hours and it didn't last 1 minutes. It continues to tell the correct time, but doesn't know to play sleep sounds for 8 hours??

I could have sworn I was able to add more than 1 step to a routine before. Now the button to add a new step is gone & it has completely hamstrung my ability to fine tune the bedroom/night light routine I'm trying to run so I just end up having to use my phone like a remote, which somewhat defeats the purpose of the Hatch.

I was so excited to get this, but it has been a disappointment thus far. During set up, I found out that options are VERY limited without paying a monthly fee. Then on the 1st night I really needed it, it would not connect to my wifi. I spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot issues with my wifi, router, 2.4Ghz vs 5.0Ghz, only to find out the app is down. I really want this to be awesome, but if I have to worry about connection issues every night, its just not worth it.
