The Territorial Professional Health Community (CPTS) is initiated by liberal health professionals within the framework of the My Health 2022 law. This organization's mission is to bring together and coordinate the stakeholders involved in the care of patients in the same territory, around a common and shared health project.
As a flagship measure of the law, the CPTS system aims to promote the decompartmentalization and reorganization of the healthcare system. In essence, the CPTS represents a flexible, adaptable tool, consistent with real needs, capable of highlighting the particularities of the organization of the healthcare system specific to each territory.
