Android user.. still bad. The notifications settings do not allow them to be put in the highest priority of notification. Copy and paste functionality is spotty or non-existent. Very difficult to access the customer lead when you get a notification in the app from the notification. You have to see the notification, copy paste or write down the pertinent information and then back out and go into the application to search for the customer before you can begin to read the notes or work the lead.

VIN scanner is not working properly. It does not retrieve the full VIN. Even if I type the missed characters and hit search it is loading invalid info. I am notified of New inbound email but when trying to view it the email does not load properly. After multiple attempts the email usually appears as expected. Otherwise, the new app is working nicely. It is fast, easy to understand and doesn't lock up. Excited for the aforementioned issues to be ironed out.

I'm very disappointed with how this app works. I miss the older version it worked seamlessly and much better. Everytime I go to enter my customers info on a New Up and it's all filled out it doesn't let me save it then all the spaces say Null and it's quite frustrating!!!! Now the app logged me out and is asking me to log in but ironically it won't let me, this is causing me issues ag work that I can't be having. Never had these issues with the older version!!
