Ratings and reviews

I've tried numerous platforms for scheduling my massage business. There recent update is tammy nice. I really how easy it is for a customer to make an appointment, they don't have to create an account. I also really like the phone number feature. My only complaint is the gift certificate feature. I wish people had the ability to print off photos with the card. I've been trying they are working towards upgrading it so I'm hopeful.

There's definitely a learning curve to this app, but let me tell you, once you get the hang of it, it is AMAZING!!! It's so easy to book my sessions and chat with my clients, along with my clients being able to book sessions as well. Support is also second to none, they are so incredibly helpful!! And perhaps one of the best things.....NO ADS!!!!! 😁

I wish I would have known phone support goes away after 1 month. If everything isn't 100% set up, good luck finishing it without having to log into a support session. This is not worth paying for. Just stick with the free version. Support sessions send you to the pre-recorded videos, which, I had already watched, I needed support outside of this. The gal on the call is super helpful though. She gets 5 stars! Support over the app and email is an absolute nightmare.
