I'm a Structural integration practitioner. This app works well to help automate the information I send to clients before each session. The forms you can create and send are great as well. Scheduling is not as intuitive as other apps I've used but the other stuff makes up for it. I'm sure they will continue to evolve. UPDATE: the scheduling is really a pain. You can't see what you have available only what is booked. When you go to book, it doesn't show you all your openings right away. Not great

Being a small start up business, retaining clients is of the utmost importance. When the app that I choose to use for my business causes me to lose clients then that's a huge problem. I am already paying fees on every dime I make but because I don't have an 'upgraded' account, something as simple as a client being able to add multiple services to their account isn't an option. I'd have to pay $25 extra a month for something that is a basic feature in a checkout setting. Not cool at all.

Best software for your business hands down! I have tried almost any massage therapy credit card and software. This company is by far the best. Not only is there more features included in one price. They also have the best customer service! I appreciate that they listen to the feedback from their members, a adjust their software if it can improve the user experience. I also love that they offer training witch sets your business up for success.
