honestly this app is so crummy. It is so entirely confusing, they wont let you link more than one contract for people to sign to the service they had purchased, I had purchased two card readers and was told it would be here the 5th. and on top of it they are inconsistent and pick and choose when you can take money out. and then they call at weird hours and not answer messages back when you try to contact. its hard to navigate and they dont help with anything.

This app works very well and it's pretty intuitive in terms of its operation. I use it to schedule and maintain my massage business appointments. My clients use it to book their sessions with me online. One exception is the Spot Availability feature. That one simply isn't functional. Also, the Notes feature doesn't capitalize automatically, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise - love it!

I wish I would have known phone support goes away after 1 month. If everything isn't 100% set up, good luck finishing it without having to log into a support session. This is not worth paying for. Just stick with the free version. Support sessions send you to the pre-recorded videos, which, I had already watched, I needed support outside of this. The gal on the call is super helpful though. She gets 5 stars! Support over the app and email is an absolute nightmare.
