Ratings and reviews

I've used this service for about 2 years now. overall its a convenient app that give you everything in one! my only issues is the phone service and the crashing of the app. there's times where it will log out on its on preventing any notification from coming in and I won't know until I try to access the app again. May sounds like a minor inconvenience until a client or a potential new patient try to book or reach out and I am unaware.

There's definitely a learning curve to this app, but let me tell you, once you get the hang of it, it is AMAZING!!! It's so easy to book my sessions and chat with my clients, along with my clients being able to book sessions as well. Support is also second to none, they are so incredibly helpful!! And perhaps one of the best things.....NO ADS!!!!! 😁

I wanted to like PocketSuite, but there are just too many issues too often. If you use it for bookings only, that’s fine, but even then I’ve experienced calendar sync problems. I would strongly recommend avoiding their POS system it just doesn’t work and can easily create awkward situations when payments fail. If the platform struggles to process transactions smoothly, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to get your funds transferred out. it's just not reliable enough unfortunately.

What’s new

Fixes and improvements in this update include:
When searching for a client name, the results will now also include any sub-accounts associated with that client.

We’ve added a "Last royalty bill monthly" frequency option for fixed fees.

Fixed an issue with the Income Report for appointments with paid deposits.

Fixed an issue where the invoice preview link would incorrectly render as an appointment confirmation.

Resolved an "unexpected error" that prevented sending receipts for paid invoices.
