CSC Citizen Enquiry App is a one stop application for all your needs. 

Through this app you can get access to over 400 services including – 

- Latest Government Schemes – for farmers, women, small businesses, senior citizens, etc. 
- Central / State Government Services - PAN Card, Aadhar Card, etc. 
- Banking and Financial Services – bank account, insurance, pension, bill payments, etc. 
- Education – exam preparation, skill courses, etc.  
- Health – telemedicine, access to medicines, etc.  
- Agriculture – seeds, fertilizers, agri-consultation, etc.
- Jobs – access to job portals and opportunities 

CSC brings authorized services from Government Ministries / bodies, leading public and private-sector organizations, prestigious educational & health institutions and upcoming startups to rural citizens across India.  

You can raise an enquiry for the service of your choice. Our Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) will get in touch with you and provide you fast and convenient service. 

How it works for the you 

Using the app, you can do the following: 

- Identify and select products/ services which meet your needs / goals. 
- Get a choice of multiple VLEs in your area who can service your needs. 
- Send an enquiry to the VLE of your choice. 
- Get updates from the VLE about the status of your service.
- Rate VLEs on the quality of service / raise grievances so that you can get better service next time.
