Bug sighted - Incident complete in person but not able to tag as complete/closed in app

Application needs to improve. Payment history not showing

Currently the app is asking to update the contact details before accessing the app. With the same contact details, I can receive a OTP in my email but could not receive any OTP on my mobile number Therefore I could not use the app!?
