I should give it a 1. I set up my account before leaving the US weeks ago. Didn't think I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use the app. Logged in. Went to FAQ and tried tapping English but it wouldn't translate so I did Google translate. Couldn't find any questions/answers on how to buy a ticket. No success. Never worked. Couldn't but any tickets for the bus in Caglari.

bad user experience. As bad is the company itself. |----------------| edit to reply: timetable often not respected, when you zoom the map to select the bus stop clashes, "calculate my trip" doesn't work at all, at times when try to get your online ticket doesn't work. Is it enough?

Terrible and dangerous navigation, it dropped us at a motorway stop, without walkway or exit. This app is only good to buy and validate tickets, don't use the navigation!
