Solid idea. Hope you keep building on it as there are numerous stuff to be improved. For example, my area has very few types of issues available to report compared to other areas which have double or triple the issue types. Don't know how easy it is to improve this but it could bring on and retain lots and lots of users.

The list of issues categories differs across Municipalities and it depends on the different needs of its area. Please let us know about the Municipality you are in (through info@novoville.com) so that we can propose the enrichment of the list.

What Savvas said below, plus the map is not very accurate. I dragged the map target on a different street, but it still thought I was on the previous one. I didn't notice, the report came up wrong, and I cannot edit it either.

30 minutes to park a car -- owefull. Minimal payment of 5 EUR, plus email, phone, verigication. Why i need email to park my car? This is the worst possible parking experience possible.
