When I open the app, nothing shows except a white screen and it stayed white for 2 minutes!!! This has happened every time I've tried to open the app which was today and 3 months ago!!! The current version is installed as well!!! There's something obviously wrong with the app. I've read other users comments about having the same problem. I've had Carsheild for a few years now and fortunately I haven't had to use them except for 1 time with no big issues. Uninstall the app. Use the website.

Fix your account status! It's been showing me that my account is past due even though I always make payments on time. Once, I thought perhaps something happened and my autopay didn't go through, so I ended up paying twice and had to request a refund. I'm not sure why this is taking so long to fix, but I should not have to call in to ensure my account is active.

I just purchased coverage with CarShield today, and I’m already frustrated. The billing is auto-pay only, and there’s no option to split the monthly payment into weekly payments. I get paid weekly, so this setup doesn’t work well for me. It’s 2026 — there should be flexible payment options. Instead, I’m looking at having to open a separate bank account and deposit money into it every week just so they can pull one payment once a month. That’s unnecessary extra work. Switched to Endurance. FCS
