Ratings and reviews

I've only invested 1 month so far, and i don't qualify for ark7 Plus, so I can only bid in the secondary market. This is extremely frustrating. Another frustrating thing is that I can not complete a transaction through the app. So I have to go online. I did find it can take several days for a bidder to accept my bid, but I like that my bid stays active. It's a slow process, but at 5% interest, it's better than some cds.

Does what it says it does perfectly. You buy a share of real estate, and it pays you a dividend every month. Buying and selling is super straight forward once you set up your payment method. It's not the most liquid investment, but it's definitely a nice way to diversify. I won't guarantee any results, but I will say I trust Ark7 with my money and I think you should too.

Highly disappointed with the shady nature of the app that does NOT show the realtime valuation of your investments. it only shows initial investment under both "Total Value (under Home tab)" and "Performance" tab, which is absolutely misleading and false. You can see the current value ONLY when you attempt to "Sell". This is unprofessional and totally unacceptable in terms of any good books. I'm willing to change my review if they fix their app!
