I've only invested 1 month so far, and i don't qualify for ark7 Plus, so I can only bid in the secondary market. This is extremely frustrating. Another frustrating thing is that I can not complete a transaction through the app. So I have to go online. I did find it can take several days for a bidder to accept my bid, but I like that my bid stays active. It's a slow process, but at 5% interest, it's better than some cds.

Signed up, read the user agreement which states there will be numerous fees I will have to pay...went through the entire platform looking for a disclosure of those fees...could find nothing. This has to be a key part of new user onboarding and information. Be sure and read the reviews about dwindling investment amounts and no way to exit your positions. Its sad, because they built a beautiful app and put the legwork into setting up the deal flow.

well it seems like they kept my funds. i havent used it in a while so my info changed a bit, but now i cant link an account to withdraw cash. They make it impossible the way their app is... (they replied but im not going through all that contacting to retrieve 20 dollars)
