Please let us move the touch controls and remap controller inputs, other than that this is a flawless port. PS, I actually prefer the old ps1 dialogues. Note: This isn't exactly compatible with xbox 1 controllers as it doesn't recognize the triggers. Edit 10/29/24: I just realized that instead of using L2/LT or R2/RT for the mist transformation you have to hold both L1/LB and R1/RB. Still wish there was a way to remap the controls and set a spell to both L2/LT and R2/RT for quick access.

The game is a great game, but the Android version sucks. Specifically, the spacing for the controls are too far apart, especially on the directional pad. If you're not very precise when you try to push the buttons, it doesn't recognize your movements. I love the Castlevania series and Konami, but this Android version needs revised controls. Save your money and get it on a PS1 Emulator instead. They all have better controls than this. When Konami revised the controls, I'll re-rate it five stars.

An amazing port of the PlayStation 1 classic. I couldn't imagine using touch controls to play this but the razer kishi v2 on a pixel 7 works great. The only thing I can complain about is for some reason somebody mapped the map to the right analog stick and not the button but to the actual analog movement. This creates an aggravating issue where the map repeatedly opens unless you push the start button to exit. Otherwise the game is fantastic and has aged well for the most part.
