LSDroid sold out just so it could be offered in the playstore. We used to be able to run it in stealth mode. Now it has an annoying push notification that pops up to tell would be thieves that it's protected. And you can't disable it or else it shuts off all notifications from the app. For instance, the alarm feature. I've been using this app from it's birth. Cost me initially $2.99 one time fee. I swore by this app. Bragged about it to everybody. At that time there was only 6 or 7 features.

I had a terrible experience with this THEFT app. My LIFETIME license, which I bought over a decade ago, was revoked without my consent and their reply is it was for an "old app," This company's business practices are deceptive. They don't honor their promises to long-term customers and are trying to force us to pay for a service we already bought. they did it once and can do it again. Don't trust them with your money or your device's security. There are better, more reliable options out there.

very well thought. people are complaining about the devs canceling old one off payment option but the app store model sadly penalizes developers who try not to have a subscription model.
