Can't even login most times, just get errors. Unable to even comment on or rate their authentication service accuracy (the entire point of the app!), as I either can't login or I can't upload photos to submit an authentication request. Who knows if their actual service is any good, I can never use it. If it weren't for the free credits they've given out, I would have deleted the app a long time ago.

Pretty good app, minor flaws. You have the option to place 'hearts' on verified sneakers but there's no favorites list to quickly find them again if you were using them as a reference point. Other than that, pretty good app. Oh and during the verification process I had to make a couple 'amendments' due to the request of more pictures. Even though I took the pictures how instructed the 1st time. No biggie, that let's me know they're thorough. Will definitely use again.

So far so good, at being able to confirm the authenticity of my purchases. The instructions could be better laid out i.e. description of the required shots on each photo as you are taking it, and not a separate link with the details. Also when emailing to ask why a shoe didn't pass, the response from your customer service team should be better and more friendly then.... "you failed to take the picture correctly " you all can do better then this in your response and response time.
