Ratings and reviews

pretty much the only thing this app is good for is seeing dates for new drops. A reminder of what you'll never be able to buy. It never even lets me try to buy any of the drops. I've entered all my info, addresses, billing info, etc. I'm on the app 30min before the drop time, and continually refresh the app from that point until about 30min past the drop time. It never shows the drops as available, no buy button, nothing. Just says dropping at 10am and then that disappears, too. Pointless app.

Errors on drops. Not mad that I didn't get the shoes, only the errors while trying to win them. Had the spinning ball, then the payment information showed errors, couldn't connect to my PayPal even though I linked it right before the drop. This app is horrible and getting worse with every drop. For a company so large you would think they could develop a working app.

There's a few issues with this app .... we'll go over the main one. Regardless of payment method (I've tried everything besides crypto), there's a 1 in 3 chance that you'll be put in the actual que to buy. I've had to work out percentages - post hence for fun...take that as you will. If your looking forward to buying something don't get your hopes up. It's arbitrary. It's one thing not getting shoes, whatever. Having to download this app and the rigamrole involved though?? Not worth it.
