Ratings and reviews

App has become unusable. Automatically signed out everytime you close the app. Notifications turn themselves off all the time. Network errors when trying to check out all the time, and that is when you are lucky enough to have the "purchase" option show up for you. App has always been a bit finicky, but it has become absolutely HORRIBLE. Makes it nearly impossible to have any shot at a drop, and almost just as hard to enter a draw.

I'm continually being logged out, get several network errors when trying to enter a draw, it can take up to 20 tries to get it to work right. I've missed out on a few shoes because of this including the most recent draw I was finally able to enter after several failed attempts. I was in line, I minimized the app (not closed it) and then it promptly kicked me out of line and gave me several errors when I tried to rejoin again.

Something has been happening with the app lately. Super slow, crashes, and my phone freezes every time I join a drawing. I can't log in at all so I have to use my phones browser (Chrome). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also restarted my phone, but nothing changed. I also haven't been selected once this year, 2023. Last year, I was only selected 3 times, but I was happy with that, and in the previous years, I was getting selected at least twice.
