There's a few issues with this app .... we'll go over the main one. Regardless of payment method (I've tried everything besides crypto), there's a 1 in 3 chance that you'll be put in the actual que to buy. I've had to work out percentages - post hence for fun...take that as you will. If your looking forward to buying something don't get your hopes up. It's arbitrary. It's one thing not getting shoes, whatever. Having to download this app and the rigamrole involved though?? Not worth it.

Errors on drops. Not mad that I didn't get the shoes, only the errors while trying to win them. Had the spinning ball, then the payment information showed errors, couldn't connect to my PayPal even though I linked it right before the drop. This app is horrible and getting worse with every drop. For a company so large you would think they could develop a working app.

honestly, this app has a lot of issues regarding drops. my experience has been awful. whenever a hot item drops the app logs me out, crashes or fails to make a payment. this is a terrible app. you should consider just login through pc or any other option. it has potential provided it works. also I have notice items just magically disappear before releasing.
