About this app

The CheckWare Go app is linked to the CheckWare solution. The app collects health data in a safe and secure way. Before the app can be used, it must be approved for use by your hospital / clinic that uses a CheckWare solution. Data is not stored in the app, but transferred to the CheckWare solution.

CheckWare Go enables you to make simple self-reports about your own health. In addition, it can be connected to sensors via Bluetooth. Then you can read from e.g. weight, blood pressure monitor and pulse oximeter and send this data through CheckWare Go into the CheckWare solution. From the CheckWare solution, you can connect to an electronic patient record (EPR). Which sensors can be used must be specified through agreements between CheckWare and our customers.

Data collected is evaluated by healthcare professionals. These have decision support in the CheckWare solution. The therapist has access to clinical reports that show both the current status and historical development. Both you and your therapist can be notified if the individual threshold values ​​are exceeded, or there are signs of deterioration. In addition, notifications are given if the solution observes that the reporting from you is absent. This ensures treatment in your own home.

Observations, alerts, and clinical decision support reports can be provided directly in the CheckWare solution or through integrations with other systems. Healthcare professionals can establish digital contact with you via secure messages or video.

The app can include instructions and illustrations for how the sensor measurements are performed. This helps make the measurements more intuitive for you. Immediate feedback on the measurements can be displayed in the user interface in the app.
