Can only speak to the MSRA, but the Pastest app is by far the worst medical exam prep tool I have ever used. The mechanism for feedback returns error messages on each attempt, the interface is clunky and frustrating to use, the question selection filters work sporadically, honestly if i could leave a negative star I would. If you're going to use this app, I would highly recommend the free trial before you commit. Passmedicine and Quesmed are in a completely different league, but also cheaper!

Very poor user interface. App logs out randomly several times a day. When doing sessions, it doesn’t save all the answers, and when reopening takes far too long to locate the correct question. Random errors pop up and the app often freezes while doing questions. Not worth the money.

Worst product ever—constant lagging & auto logouts. Never buy a Pastest subscription; the performance is abysmal. PassMedicine is far superior, with a quicker interface and much lower price. Don't fall for sponsored ads. I wasted money on a Pastest subscription—it's barely working, so I switched to PassMedicine.
