I find the app quite frustrating to use. Many organic ingredients from Sainsbury’s that I regularly buy don’t appear in the app at all. The recipes are also heavily focused on high-carb meals, even though I selected “high protein” in my preferences. Another issue is that I can’t change the address for collection to my local Sainsbury’s — for some reason, your app doesn’t recognise it. Because of these issues, I honestly find the app unusable.

brilliant when it works. unfortunately more and more often, I send my list to Tesco and it either doesn't go into my basket (which I didn't realise until my shopping arrived minus all of the week's ingredients!) or it does, and I check out, but the meals stay in the shopping section and don't go to the cooking section. unfortunately due to the unreliability I've had to cancel my subscription and find a different app

Ok, overall I really like this app. It does speed up your shopping, it has some great recipes too. I do find that adding outside extras to the shopping list takes a bit of getting used to and isn't overly intuitive but I eventually figured it out. Unfortunately, there's a bit of dark UX at play, where the app books a delivery slot for you if you haven't ordered for a while. I know it cancels if you don't checkout but I really disliked this and it caused some panic.
