If I could zero star the devs I would. I spent nearly 2 years playing zen and had 5 gold charms and half way through the normal set to get the 6th. I loaded the game and it froze. I tapped the screen to try and back out and it cashed me out, clearing all the progress. This is the 3rd time this has happened, but the first time I lost so much progress. This, along with the bug requiring me to click remove ads every time I run the game is enough. The designers and devs are the worst of the worst.

I actually really love this game and the variety of modes it has. However, the amount of ads this game has is really off-putting. They're full 30 second ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL including if you lose and have to restart the level. And I know the devs need to eat and I can pay to remove them. Blah blah blah but seriously 30 sec adds after every level when some levels don't even take 30 sec to complete.

I love this game. It was a favorite with the first one but since I've re-installed Chuzzle 2 the ads at the very least freeze up and at worst when I look down I'm on my home screen and I have to go back in again and I've lost whatever I would have gotten from watching the ad. If you're going to create a game the least you could do is make sure people can play the game and not keep getting kicked out of the game.
